Bobby Berrido, CCIM, CMAA, is a commercial real estate broker specializing in gas stations, convenience stores, truck stops, and fuel retail properties throughout Florida.
Bobby leads The Gas Station Group at Fausto Commercial, where he represents gas station owners, operators, investors, and developers in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and valuation of fuel-related real estate. All transactions are brokered through Fausto Commercial.

Before entering commercial real estate, Bobby worked in finance at Merrill Lynch and PwC. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida International University and holds both the CCIM designation and the Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CMAA) credential.
His background and education provide an additional perspective when working on gas station transactions involving both commercial real estate and the value of the operating business. That distinction matters most in going-concern sales, where the land, tanks, canopy and equipment are priced alongside the store’s fuel and inside margins.

Bobby serves as Chair of the CCIM Florida Chapter’s Industry & Professional Alliance Committee and was selected to serve as a 2027 Governor on the Miami Association of Realtors Commercial Board of Governors. He has also been recognized as a Miami Realtors “20 Under 40” honoree.
